By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
Booking Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to book our services
- Valid email address and phone number required
- Correct flight information must be provided
- Full payment or 20% deposit required to confirm booking
Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payment methods accepted:
- Credit/debit cards (online processing)
- Cash to driver
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
2. Cancellation Policy
Based on our operational experience since 2015, we've established a fair cancellation policy that accounts for both customer flexibility and business sustainability:

3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, customers must:
- Provide accurate flight details and destination information
- Be ready at the designated pickup location on time
- Inform us of any flight changes as soon as possible
- Behave respectfully towards drivers and staff
- Ensure luggage complies with vehicle capacity limits
4. Liability Limitations
While we strive for perfect service, Halkidiki Transfer liability is limited as follows:
- Flight Delays – We adjust pickup times automatically at no extra charge
- Lost Items – We're not responsible for items left in vehicles
- Force Majeure – Not liable for delays due to weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control
- Third-Party Services – Not liable for failures of ferries, hotels, or other providers
5. Vehicle & Service Standards
We commit to providing:
- Well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles
- Licensed, experienced drivers
- Safe transportation in accordance with local laws
- Flight monitoring and adjustment
- Professional, courteous service
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by Halkidiki Transfer and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Greek courts as final arbiter
