General Questions
How do I book a transfer?
You can book online, by email, or by phone. Online booking is instant and you'll receive confirmation immediately. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance during peak season (June–September).
What areas of Halkidiki do you serve?
All of them. That includes the Kassandra peninsula (Afitos, Hanioti, Pefkohori, Sani, Kallithea, Polichrono, Possidi), the Sithonia peninsula (Nikiti, Sarti, Vourvourou, Toroni, Neos Moudania, Gerakini), and the Athos area (Ouranoupoli, Mount Athos, Amouliani). See the full price list.
Pricing & Payment
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no tolls, no surprises. All taxes are included upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (online), cash to the driver, bank transfer, and PayPal online.
Is a deposit required?
It's your choice: pay a 20% deposit online with the balance to the driver, pay in full online, or pay the full amount to the driver on arrival.
Do you charge more for night transfers?
No. Our prices are the same 24/7 — whether your flight lands at midnight or midday, the rate doesn't change.
Flights & Arrival
Do you monitor flight delays?
Yes. We track all incoming flights and adjust pickup times automatically. There's no extra charge for flight delays — early or late, we'll be there.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, after customs, holding a sign with your name. Exit baggage claim and look for your name.
Vehicles & Luggage
What type of vehicles do you use?
Modern, air-conditioned vehicles: Mercedes E-Class or similar (1–4 passengers), Mercedes V-Class or similar (5–8 passengers), and Mercedes Sprinter or similar (9–14 passengers). For premium options, see our VIP transfer page.
Do you have child seats available?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge — just request them when you book.
